The Monbull space rental collection is mainly characterized by being eclectic workplaces and different from what is usually a traditional office or coworking. Among our values is always adapting to the location and morphology of the building, that is how we conceive each of the works that we undertake.

Before Covid, we began to have requests for meeting spaces with a capacity of more than 20 people and, fundamentally, they asked us for a location in the Barrio de Salamanca, near the hotels where our most loyal clients usually stay. It was then that we began to look for a new well-located property with the necessary dimensions to serve this public. The opportunity arose through a client who, knowing what we like, notified us of the availability of this first floor, the former home of the Marquis of Cubas. As soon as we saw it, we were impressed by the state it was in, the effort and investment that it was going to entail, but the result is almost about to come to light and we are proud and sure that it will have been worth it.
The jewel in the Monbull crown, that is what we call it because of its stately appearance, is a first floor with 7 balconies facing the street, natural ventilation and great light to feel safe and well-being in these difficult times. From every window you can see the hustle and bustle of the most chic corner of the neighborhood, surrounded by trendy restaurants such as Quintín, el Paraguas or Lobito de Mar.
Jorge Juan is a space for events in a classic style for business meetings, with high ceilings and a marvelous, stately marble staircase that offers a welcome to clients that surprises as soon as they open the door. It will be conceived as a boutique event space with capacity for 50/60 people. We will offer all the necessary audio visual services to hold streaming or hybrid events. In addition, it has a spacious living room with original mahogany floors, marble fireplaces and original ceilings with moldings. We will make the space as flexible as possible for locations, shoots and photo shoots. It has a spacious room with flexibility and versatility for meetings, training, congresses and private events in which we will take care of every detail as always.
